What is OurFamilyBand?

Who are we, you ask? We’re a family of 5 that pursues Jesus, loves good food, works on our home, throws living room dance parties, gardens, and appreciates the value of an awesome beard. Ok, so maybe that last one isn’t necessarily core to our family, but everyone can agree that beards are awesome.We are doing our best to work less and slow life down, trying to focus on time with each other. This site is an extension of us and our hope is that you find something worth reading and learning. Our adventures cover a little bit of everything, DIY home projects, recipes, tips & tricks, funny stories about our kids, tech stuff, and maybe the occasional funny cat video.Thanks for taking the time to see what we’re all about.
